Tournament! August 20th At Coffee Talk

Yes, we will be having a tournament at Coffee Talk in Kaimuki at 7pm. Tournament signup will be from 7pm to 8pm. We will be there till be 9:30 or 10:00 pm. All ages welcome! No cover. Cofee Talk is located at the corner of 12th Avenue and Waialae Avenue. See you there!

Testing the roller system

We will be at Anna Banana’s tonight from 7pm to 9pm testing the system. We need riders to help us try a sprint tourney, so if you got some legs and an inclination to spin, come down and check it out!

Thanks everyone for coming out and helping. We were able to determine the optimal race length, which is 500m. At that distance, people were finishing between 22 and 30 secs. I will try to have an all ages event sometime around the 20th.

So I got the software installed on the netbook and the roller sensor board working. The next step will be to attach the sensors to the rollers and try it out. I have one bike finished and the other one 90% done. I will be finishing up that bike an testing the system tonight and tomorrow at the Kickstand.

I fall goes to plan, we will have a test tournament this Monday evening and hopefully a second before the August 26th event at Anna’s. More updates to come.
